GOOGLE - WONDER ROBO CHALLENGE

Build. Engineer. Navigate. Compete.

Loading...

A hands-on robotics team challenge designed to bring teams together through creativity, engineering and competition.

Hyderabad | 40 Participants

The Experience

What if your team had to build something that actually works?

Wonder Robo Challenge puts participants into small teams and gives them a shared mission:

1

Build

2

Test

3

Adapt

4

Navigate

5

Compete

Instead of simply participating in an activity, teams have to think together, solve problems, troubleshoot and perform under time pressure. The result is a high-energy experience that combines STEM, teamwork and friendly competition.

How It Works

From Kit to Competition

01

TEAM UP

Participants are divided into small teams and introduced to the challenge.

02

BUILD

Each team receives a robotics kit and works together to assemble their rover.

03

TEST

Teams enter the testing zone, identify issues and refine their build.

04

NAVIGATE

The completed rovers take on a structured challenge involving navigation and checkpoints.

05

COMPETE

Teams go head-to-head in the final competitive round.

06

REFLECT

A facilitated debrief connects the experience back to teamwork, communication and problem-solving.

The Robotics Challenge

Your Team. Your Rover. Your Strategy.

Each team works with a BLIX RC Rover DIY robotics kit to create a functional track-based remote-controlled rover. The experience introduces participants to practical concepts around:

Engineering

Mechanical movement

Power transmission

Problem-solving

Testing & iteration

Team coordination

But the goal isn't to build the most technically perfect rover. The goal is to build a rover that performs when it matters.

Team Format

Designed for Maximum Participation

40

Participants

8

Teams

× 5 Participants

Each team gets its own robotics kit and works collaboratively throughout the challenge. This format ensures that participants aren't simply watching the action — everyone has a role in building, testing, troubleshooting and competing.

The Challenge Arena

Build. Test. Navigate. Race.

Once the rovers are built, teams move from the workshop environment into the challenge arena. Teams will need to:

Navigate obstacles

Reach checkpoints

Troubleshoot under pressure

Optimise their approach

Compete in the final race

The competitive format creates energy while keeping the focus on collaboration and problem-solving.

What Participants Take Away

More Than a Robotics Activity

COLLABORATION

Different people bring different ideas. Teams need to align quickly.

PROBLEM-SOLVING

When something doesn't work, teams must diagnose, adapt and try again.

COMMUNICATION

Building and operating the rover requires clear coordination.

ADAPTABILITY

The first solution isn't always the best solution.

EXECUTION

Ideas only matter when the team can turn them into something that works.
